The legal costs charged are based on the prescribed rates as per the Magistrate’s court tariff plus an additional forty (40%) percent, and these costs are excluding vat.
We will endeavour to recover the capital amount, all costs and interest from the debtors, should the debtor have signed an Agreement with you in terms of which the debtor has undertaken liability for Attorney/own client costs.
We have a special focus on recovery of Sectional Title Levies and work closely with Managing Agents and Trustees of Body Corporates in this regard.

Further we communicate with all involved parties as and when bond approvals are obtained, suspensive conditions are met, and when any lodgments and registrations take place.
Our Cape Town Conveyancing Department is focused on Transfers. We also assist with a range of Divorce transfers as well as Estate transfers.
